Our products will be delivered to you absolutely free of cost (for Karachi only). For orders outside Karachi, our team will contact you to update on shipping charges. Normally, customized garments are delivered in 6 working days, while accessories are delivered in 3 working days (for Karachi only).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customized garments
An order for a customized garment, once placed can only be canceled within 12 hours of its placement. However, after 12 hours, orders can no longer be canceled.
All your orders are carefully tailored to meet your demands and needs. Therefore, customized orders can be returned (with a money back guarantee) within 24 hours after delivery only if the fabric is faulty or if the product delivered isn’t what you ordered. In such case, kindly contact us on WhatsApp +92 309 2046293 and send pictorial evidence of products displaying the faults together with your order number. Once your request is accepted, our team will notify you and get the products collected and will give you the refund.
Returns will not be accepted on account of sizing / measurement errors. In such cases, we provide you the option of one-time free of cost alteration. Kindly contact us on WhatsApp +92 309 2046293 if alteration is needed.
Accessories
Orders for accessories once placed cannot be canceled. Returns are allowed where you receive a damaged product or the product delivered is not what you ordered. In such case, kindly contact us on WhatsApp +92 309 2046293 and send pictorial evidence of products displaying the faults together with your order number. Once your request is accepted, our team will notify you and get the products collected and will give you the refund.
